Our Story
HR Additions was founded to meet the growing demand for specialized HR recruiting.
As the human resources division of Financial Additions, we built on an established foundation in accounting and finance recruiting to better support organizations as they expanded their HR functions.
Since 1999, we have partnered with companies across Dallas–Fort Worth to help them hire HR professionals who support team performance, leadership alignment, and long-term growth.
Over that time, we have placed hundreds of HR professionals across all levels. Many of those individuals are now leading HR teams and continue to work with us as clients.
Our Experience
We have supported the HR community in Dallas–Fort Worth for more than two decades.
Our involvement includes long-standing participation in industry events such as the HR Southwest Conference, where we have been a sponsor since 2000.
We have also developed a national network of more than 100,000 pre-screened candidates, allowing us to respond quickly while maintaining a focus on fit and quality.
